It is located just a few minutes walk from the famous Park Güell, where you can enjoy the architecture of the modernist Antoni Gaudí, also very near to the district of Gracia, where you may mingle with artists and bohemians, enjoying Barcelona's multicultural restaurants and maybe finishing your evening in any of its numerous clubs. Lesseps Apartment is newly renovated and can accommodate up to 4 people in its 50 m2. Lesseps Apartment is well connected to all parts of the city by underground (L3 Lesseps, L7 Putxet) and a few buses. A few meters from the apartment you will find all necessary amenities including supermarkets, tobacconists and pharmacies. ADDITIONAL FEES NOT INCLUDED IN THE FINAL RATE (to be paid directly to the owner) - Check-in/out out of the laboral hours (from 09.00h to 21.00h) will have an additional charge of 30 Eur
- Check-in/out between 00.00h and 07.00h will have an additional charge of 50 Eur
- Compulsory Cleaning fee: 40 Eur per apartment per stay
- Children FREE from 0 to 3 years old.
- Cot available with an extra charge of 30 Eur per stay.
PAYMENT POLICY: - Eur 200.00 deposit will be hold from your credit card by the owner at check-in and will be returned if no damage has been done in the flat.
- A non-refundable booking charge of 30% of the balance due is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This charge will be made directly by the owner into your credit card. The remaining balance may be paid in cash or by credit card on arrival.
