We have charming apartments, low budget ones, smaller for couples and larger for groups or families of up to 8 people, and some which admit small pets.

HOW TO BOOK AN APARTMENT WITH US:

Take notice that some apartments have a minimum stay of 3 nights
Prices vary depending on the dates and the number of people
All apartments are fully furnished.
Kitchens are fully equipped with main appliances, kitchen and tableware
Bedclothes and towels are provided.
It is always stated whether the apartment has heating and air conditioning or not
Baby cots and chairs are available on demand.
Consumable supplies such as food, washing liquids and bathroom products are not generally provided.
Electricity, water, gas, and house expenses are included.
A guarantee deposit is usually demanded on arrival.

Check out the availability of the apartments on the dates of your stay, the system will list out the lodgings available and the prices. Once you choose an apartment and indicate the number of people, you will pass on to the booking pages.
Confirmation and payment:

You have to complete the booking form with your personal data as demanded and point out any special requirements.
To complete the booking we need your credit card number, a deposit will be charged on it to accomplish your reservation.
This deposit is not refundable, except in very justified cases.
Once the booking is concluded you will receive a confirmation email.
In this confirmation email you will get all the information on how to contact the person in charge of the apartment to let you in on arrival and the details about the rest of the payment.
It is important to contact this person some days previous to arrival to arrange everything and have the keys of the apartment handed in.
Each apartment stablishes its own conditions, so there may be different booking procedures: some may ask for a guarantee deposit, some may want the payment in cash, etc. You will be informed of all these conditions before you complete your booking.

IF YOU WANT TO CANCELL:

In your confirmation email there is a link to proceed to the cancellation.
The deposit is not refundable. If the reasons of your cancellation are justifiable enough, we can consider the case.
Take notice of cancellation policies in the lodging you choose to avoid extra charges.
